CCI Minnesota Inc, formerly known as Chute Construction, was first established in 1985 as part of a real estate development business. Projects have included the design, development and construction of office buildings, motels, restaurants, shopping centers, surgery centers and healthcare clinics.

David Chute, the founder of the company, has been an owner in many of these projects along with other partners and to this day; our philosophy is to handle each project; as though we were building it for ourselves, and to make quality, schedule and value our priority without exception.

David takes a personal interest in each project and monitors them from start to finish. We believe that there are three essential aspects of each project that must be balanced against each other:
